Join Abacus Chef Kent Rathbun at his home for a wine dinner celebrating the release of the 2001 single-vineyard amarones from family-owned Masi. Sixth-generation Raffaele Boscaini hosts the evening, with samples of his family’s wines capped by the amarones, which chef Rathbun is pairing with braised veal cheeks au jus with Tuscan white bean purée and truffles, 6:30 p.m. Feb. 20; $210 plus tax and 20 percent gratuity.
