The VIKING Professional Combi Steam/Convect oven was featured on the Today Show on Sunday, February 10th between 8 – 9 a.m. The segment coincides with the Food & Wine magazine article discussing trends in ovens in the March 2008 issue. Food & Wine features editor Michelle Shih will be demonstrating features from several ovens on Sunday, including Turbo Chef and Gaggenau alongside VIKING.
