In order to better understand how the Viking Steam/Combi oven produces the best baked goods, we've rolled out the Ultimate Combi Cobbler Competition! We have provided our dealers who have live Steam/Combi ovens in their showrooms with a basic cobbler recipe formulated by Chef Scotty. Dealer sales reps will then produce the basic recipe in their Steam/Combi ovens. After that, they have the opportunity to come up with a creative twist on the basic cobbler recipe- utlizing different flavors of cake mix, different toppings, different fillings, etc. Each person who submits will receive $25 (you may submit as many times as you like, but the $25 will only be awarded for each person's first submission). Chef Scotty will then pick his favorite creative cobbler and a special prize will be awarded to the winner!

“Fruity Pebble Cobbler”

1 box lemon cake mix
2 cans strawberry pie filling
1 cup chopped banana chips
1 stick butter
40 minutes on steam and then an extra 5-10 minutes on tru convection (375 degrees) for a crispy top!
Ingredients: Pineapple pie filler, vanilla cake, macadamia nuts
