CHEF SCOTTY'S 
Tejas Thai Burgers

Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
6 tbs. creamy peanut butter
3 tbs. sour cream
2 tbs. fresh lime
4 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. fresh coriander, chopped
2 tbs. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tbs. red pepper flakes
4 jalapeno cheese hamburger buns
5 lettuce leaves

Directions:
Preheat grill. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tbs. of lime juice and 2 tbs. soy sauce. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, 2 tbs. soy sauce, 1 tbs. lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Knead together and form into patties. Place patties on grill and cook until done. Remove from grill and place on buns and top with peanut butter sauce and lettuce.

    I love the use of peanut butter to get that Thai taste! Definately going to have to try this one!
