Hubbell & Hudson was born out of a desire to bring a world-class culinary destination to The Woodlands. Its founder envisioned a culinary world where market, bistro and catering co-exist seamlessly under one roof. It makes perfect sense – provide a never-ending stream of the finest and freshest market ingredients to the creative minds of renowned chefs. From this, Hubbell & Hudson was born.
The Viking Cooking School was a natural extension of this concept, bringing one of only two cooking school locations to Texas. Together, the market, bistro, catering service and Viking Cooking School offer the food-obsessed the ultimate opportunity to dine, experience, learn and be inspired.
